The Art of Ancient Rome.

Roman art has its roots in various influences, especially the Etruscan and Greek. No doubt that Roman art is the most significant artistic manifestation of Western world history, as its influence has never ceased to perceive over the centuries since its demise in Europe. There have been historical moment (perhaps the Gothic art and architecture is the farthest from the Roman Canon) has not suffered to a greater or lesser extent its influence. The Roman Art has its principal manifestation in architecture, both religious and civil. but other manifestations of first order are its magnificent sculpture and painting to a lesser extent.
